HR Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts and support the growth and development of our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of our organization, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring that our people are well-supported and motivated to achieve our company’s mission.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to on boarding.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Employee Relations:
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a confidential and professional manner.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
On boarding and Off boarding:
- Ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Administer exit interviews and develop off boarding procedures.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage a performance evaluation process.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and stay updated on industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and implement training programs.
- Support career development and growth opportunities for employees.
Employee Engagement:
- Create and manage employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a start-up or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Salary Package
3.5 – 4 LPA.
