Technical Sales TeleCaller (International)
Job Description
As an International Technical Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential international clients, understanding their technical requirements, and effectively communicating how our products or services can address their needs. This role is crucial in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Calls:
- Place outbound calls to international prospects to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather technical information to understand client requirements.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's products or services and how they can address technical challenges.
- Effectively communicate the technical features and benefits of our offerings.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Quotas:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
- Identify potential market opportunities and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads to the sales process.
- Provide feedback on client needs and product improvements.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, especially in an international context.
- Strong technical knowledge or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage depending on the target markets.
Salary Package
3.5 – 4 LPA.
